High Carbon steel blade with the handle in a warm brown roasted curly birch (colors will vary with grain section of boards). Handles pinned with brass.  Steel is 1084, which will patina with use and memories. Sold individually or as a pair, or quad.  Hand wash with love, not dishwasher safe.
